Free Shipping Offer
To receive the Free Shipping with any $80.00 order, place the items you would like to order in your shopping cart. When your total reaches $80.00 or more the shipping will automatically be deducted from your total. On the shipping options page choose the shipping method you prefer (UPS Ground or Parcel Post). On the last page of check-out before you submit your order the shipping price will be deducted from your total. When possible we will ship your order based on your preference, however if needed we reserve the right to use a different service. Accepted Payment Methods
Our store accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, PayPal as well as payment by check, or money order.
For payment by Check or Money Order, we will hold the order for 10 days. If payment has not been received within the 10 days we will cancel the order. For payment by PayPal, we will send you an email invoice after you have completed check-out, we will hold the order for 5 days after that. If we have not received the payment within the 5 days we will cancel the order. If you need more time then this, please send us an email to let us know.
Our Return Policy
At Sara’s Hideaway we are committed to the customer. While we stand by our products 100%, we understand that sometimes items can arrive defective or damaged due to shipping. We also understand that sometimes the items were not quite what the customer was looking for. Because of this we offer the buyer a fair and equitable return and exchange policy.
Customer Satisfaction is our Top Priority.
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We are happy to send a replacement at no additional charge. In some cases we may ask that you send back the damaged item at our expense before we send a replacement. If the item you received is not what you ordered (we are human after all) we will cover all costs to get you the correct item in a timely fashion.
- If you change your mind after you receive your purchase, please contact us for return and/or exchange options. We ask that you send it back to us in its original packaging, within 30 days; items must be returned in the condition you received it in. We do not charge any hidden fees for returns; there is no “restocking fee” for doing business with us. We are happy to either provide you with a full refund of the purchase price or exchange for a like-item. Unfortunately we cannot refund the price of shipping for returns and exchanges. Return shipping will also be at buyers' expense.
It is very important that you give us a correct and complete shipping address (Apt. #, Floor, Suite, ect.). If we ship the item to the address that you give during check-out and the item is returned to us because of an incorrect address we will refund the purchase price minus shipping to you when the item is returned.
